Our trip to Glen Rose
Two days ago we walked amongst dinosaurs… or at least their tracks at Dinosaur Valley State Park, Texas. To see the tracks, we needed to get wet wading through the Paluxy River. We waded for at least two miles. The river was shallow, warm, and rocky. But the river was muddy and icy cold in some places too. But I really wish the river was deep, cold and rocky. Deep because I kept tripping, cold because it was at least one hundred degrees outside, (Not kidding!) and rocky because my feet got stuck in the mud a lot. And if that’s not enough, we were tripping in Dino tracks bigger then a computer screen! The whole park was huge. I would like to go back and see the rest of the park some time soon.
